I'd like to request that Intuit add a 0 star rating, because that's really what this is. To be honest, I get the impression that this project has been abandoned. Released before it was ready and rated accordingly, the developer may have just given up.
Ok, so what's wrong with it? Well, first of all, it's written in Flash and is therefore bulky, slow, has user interface elements that should work but don't - e.g. scroll bars and text windows are glitchy. Of particular trouble for me is that every single one of my customers that tried to access this were not able to view their information but instead got an error message saying that they "had no information". The developers website has absolutely nothing to offer of help.
Also of note is that customers must log in via the Intuit site. This caused huge confusion with customers who have personal accounts with Intuit for, say, TurboTax.
I've had much better luck with OfficeAnt.

They said they hoped to soon give customers the ability to update their contact information but that hasn't happened in the 6 months I have used the service. Customers can only view their data--it can't even be printed. The cost for the basic is $19.99 a month and it's not worth it unless they enhance the product.

I first had trouble with setting up a few test people for invitations. Now, I can't figure how to sync the data. The SYNC button only shows View log, or Support, although it says to Synch data now. I need a tutorial video or some sort of beginners guide, especially since the HELP options don't work.

Easier access and login would help. Need a refresh data button to pull new data from QuickBooks. Need to see when and how this web app is pulling data from QuickBooks with ability to stop it. Send Invitation button needs follow up dialog to describe what it is doing. Service is very slow--faster to just email a customer their history, unless customer needs constant access. Need to be able to access customer list names by typing the first several letters. NEED TO BE ABLE TO GIVE ALL CUSTOMERS ACCESS AT ONE TIME WITH JUST A FEW CLICKS.
