Very Efficient
It's a very good tool for business. It makes the life of its users easy by having transaction processing in just some clicks away. This also helps managing the documents as well as a good tool for digital archiving. It's very useful and powerful too.
Keep it up!
Note: It will be helpful for us customers if you can integrate the AP module to AR module. Meaning billable expenses coming from vendors can be directly billed to customers in invoice preparation like the QB capability.

Fits right in the need of a startup
We mostly use Bill.com to manage payables.
Once figured out the management of vendors, chart of account, classes, locations to make sure my and invoices were going to be well organized, Bill.com workflow became lean and fast. I now feel safe, compliant and efficient.
Export of well structured information flows right into accounting and activity dashboards.
Papers, contracts, agreements related to vendors are now centralized in bill.com which dramatically reduces the time spent to look out for documents.
Finally, all the activity is transparent to my CEO and we can both work on the same basis.
Overall, even as a startup, we save a couple hours a week and definitely gain an invaluable peace of mind.

Bill.com is a huge time saver for me
I don't know what I did before Bill.com. I was up and running in about 30 mins. It syncs perfectly with QB and allows me to do cash flow management from anywhere. It's made payables and receivables a breeze.

AP as Easy as Can Be!
AP processing is a breeze with Biil.com. Bill processing is streamlined, there are great workflow tools available, and payment processing is exceptionally fast and efficient. It works similarly to QuickBooks using the "Pay Bills" screen, and after choosing the bills to pay, one click and everything else is taken care of. No printing, stuffing or mailing checks, and I can check on cleared status and see a copy of the cancelled check whenever I need to. This is how all cloud solutions should work!

Scan every invoice, email it to bill.com, shred it. Bill.com does the approval process / mails the checks / confirms payment. I never touch a piece of paper again. It's pretty awesome.
