Access all your invoices online
BotBill automatically imports all invoices created within your QuickBooks company file. Invoice information can be viewed from any web browser and payment requests can be sent from anywhere.
Automatic Payment Generation
When invoices are emailed to customers they are given the option to pay invoices immediately. If your customer pays for an invoice, BotBill makes a payment within QuickBooks and automatically applies to the invoice. Payments accepted through any of our supported merchant processors.
Customer Specific Settings
Setup automated settings for specific customers so payment requests for invoices are automatically emailed when you create them. You can also select an email address to notify yourself when they pay.

Doesn't work as advertised
Doesn't synch with QB Desktop accurately. Can't initiate new customers from within BotBill. Says its free but it isn't. Overall a huge disappointment and rip off

Why Send & Post Invoices Manually?
This app not only saves me time, it makes my A/R report more timely by automatically posting my customers' electronic payments as they make them. I love that folks can properly drop off my receivables report without me entering their payment. Both Keith the developer and Ryan in support are reachable and responsive. Additional features are coming, and I'll be able to upgrade features to "Excellent" as soon as they're released.

Cuts data entry/labor costs immensely! If you spend more than 10 minutes/month dealing with invoices this app will pay for itself in no time.

At the moment we are integrated with 4 different payment gateways. Our current supported gateways are Intuit Merchant Service, Authorize.net, Quantum Gateway, and PayPal.
