Box does not sync QuickBooks files. You would have to do it all manually.

Because of Box.net, I no longer manage files in multiple locations. I can consolidate all my content in one place, so I can access it from anywhere - work, home, and on the road - and share it with anyone. I never need to worry where I put this document or the fact I left my file on my home computer.
I highly recommend - game changer for productivity and convenience.

- I purchased a multi-seat Box Business account. How do I add my co-workers and clients as users?
- When logged in to the Box App, click on ‘Add Users’ in the Intuit menu bar. Enter the email address(es) and name(s) of the people you want to be part of your Box account as well as designate them as ‘participants’ or ‘administrators’. The new users you add will receive an email directing them to set up their accounts.
- How do I upload files to Box?
- The most common way to upload files to Box is to click the ‘Upload’ button in the upper-right of the file display area. If you’re uploading multiple files, you can also drag and drop them from your desktop into Box. And lastly, if you’ve been emailed a file attachment, you can put it into Box right away by emailing it to upload@u.box.net.
- How do I share a file with others?
- To share a file, click ‘Shared’ to the right of the file icon. A list of options will appear, including a link to the file. From here, you can either copy and paste the link into an email or IM, or select ‘Send link’ and Box will generate an email for you.
- What are collaboration folders?
- ‘Collaboration folders’ are folders that multiple people have access to, mirroring information across any number of Box accounts. Once set up, any changes made to the folder’s contents will be instantly visible to everyone that has access to it. To create a collaboration folder, select ‘Invite Collaborators’ in either the sidebar of the folder you’re in, or by clicking the little box with the downward arrow shown next to the folder icon.
