Time saving
This is a great time saving app...I just enter my appointments in Outlook, send them to e-bility and then at the end of the week, I login to the website and submit them. Cuts down on my un-billed overhead.

AS Good If Not Better than QB Time Tracker
I was not happy when QB discontinued Time Tracker. Now I am so glad that they did. Ebillity is far superior, user friendly and the on-line chat system is the best. I cannot say enough positive about Ebillity. It makes my day at work so much easier.

Great Support - Good App
I was looking for a quick solution to get customer billing out asap that integrated w/ QBW. eBillity was easy to install, great price point....the best thing was the support. I ran into a small config issue and clicked online support--Allison got me running in less than 10 min....Great Support..Thank you Allison...Buy this app and keep these guys in business!!!!!

Stopped working and got no support other than voicemail and "e-mail the developers" who had left for the day.
Initially I loved this product. It was such an improvement over time tracker. In fact I loved it up until it stopped working and I had to call tech support. First off, I had to call them 2 times each time. The first call went to voicemail and the next one eventually went through. My problem was when I tried to launch the app it tried to launch and then boom - back to the Intuit app center website. I added the site to my trusted zone, turned off the firewall, disabled just about every security feature in Firefox, IE, & Chrome but got the same results. I tried accessing the app from different computers with no luck. I am in the IT field so I know how to troubleshoot browser issues but got nowhere with this issue. I burned up a better portion of an afternoon trying to troubleshoot this. The only suggestion I got from their tech support was to reboot and try again in 30 minutes. When that didn't work (predictably) I called them back (twice) and that is when they told me to e-mail the developers because they had left for the day. I have cancelled my subscription and I am now looking for another service. Suggestions anyone?
