Excellent integration of subcontractor hours into QB
I had been looking for a simple way to collect hourly data from sub-contractors and put into QB. I had previously been copying it from Excel and that was just not efficient. This app works well most of the time. There are occasional sync issues but they are easily corrected by restarting the app. It is great to have the mobile apps as well. Not only do I have my subs use it, I also use it for tracking ALL my time. Well worth it!

Approved time entries automatically sync with QuickBooks, allowing you to easily invoice customers, pay vendors, employees and conduct job costing. Employees and vendors use eBillity to make time entries, which are synced with QuickBooks when the admin approves the entries. Approved hours created in eBillity sync back into QuickBooks. Customers, employees, vendors, service items, payroll items, and hours created in QuickBooks sync into eBillity.

eBillity is a web-based software, so you don’t have to worry about computer crashes, security breaches, data back-up, or software updates. Data is secured and private with 128 Bit SSL Security, and daily updates to an Amazon S3 server with full redundancy.
Sensitive customer information stays confidential with role-based access rights.
If you need to cancel your eBillity account, just be sure to sync your eBillity data with QuickBooks before canceling it.
