I've been using Quickbooks Online for over 2 years now and had been managing expense reports offline via Excel spreadsheets. I recently implemented Expensify and find it to be very easy to use and very much a time saver. With the integrated nature of expense accounts and tags, tracking my actual expenses to the specific G/L account has become VASTLY easier.
I would strongly recommend Expensify to any small business who needs a solution that is seamlessly integrated to Quickbooks Online.

We used to use Excel and manual entry, now it is all automated and faster than I could have ever imagined. This reduces errors by ensuring accuracy from the beginning. Great efficiency tool probably saves an hour or more per expense report - yes an hour or more!

So far I love Expensify. I am still learning the app but it does the work of multiple programs and saves pdf's to the reports. Seems to be well worth it.

Still learning all the processes to download into Quickbooks, but it is sure faster dealing with our Corporate credit cards and getting the transactions into our GL

They almost have it perfect. It could use a 'select all' button, make it so you do have to go all the way of expenses just to add a category - but a time and error saver. I am still trying to figure out how to make the reports like I want them: if you create a report and then add your series of expenses to it (mine by month) the expenses will drop out of the expense tab - but not all columns - even though they are subtotaled - show up on my reports. If I export them to a .csv file (Excel) they don't drop out of the tab. I am sure they will work out these issues but overall - what a time and ERROR saver! Almost as good as a wheel.

We're a small company with a couple of employees that travel a lot. We've just started with Expensify but can already see the time savings it will provide. There was a little bit of a learning curve for me at first, but customer service was fast, personal, and effective.

We were going to cancel the corporate credit cards for our executives because of the burden of preparing paper expense reports on all parties. Expensify has solved all those problems. The ease of use has increased our policy compliance to 100%.

Very well designed app for the small- to medium-sized business. Small learning curve; intuitive (unless one is very old school). Mobile app could do a little more but not absolutely necessary as taking a photo of a receipt isn't exactly trusted by the office anyway (much rather submit a real receipt). All in all, highly recommended.
