I tried setting this up and had no luck as it wouldn't even let me into the app. Support is virtually non-existant from the company as I tried contacting them at least 3 or 4 times with barely a response at all. Not sure how a company offering support software expects to sell to businesses if they can't even support their own customers. Disappointed as there aren't many support app options for QBOnline customers.

- Is there a limit to how many customers or support tickets I can create in Frequency Support?
- No, all the pricing plans support limitless number of customers and support tickets. However, they limit the number of named users (you and your staff) who can access the Frequency Support app. For example, the Professional plan is $99 per month and allows up to 10 named users and unlimited customers/support tickets.
- Will Frequency Support work with my existing email?
- Yes! As long as you can set your email to automatically forward, Frequency Support will work with your email. We can even help you with the forwarding!
- What happens to my customer support data if I stop using Frequency Support?
- Your support data will be retained on our systems for a short window of time, and then permanently deleted.
