Works through Company website But not through Intuit Marketplace
This service is a great tool for small businesses to manage the application process. Its NOT a full service HR management program but its a simple tool to help sole proprietors and small business owners manage the intial phase of the hiring process. If you have ever posted a job on craigslist or other job board, it can be daunting and managing the response can be overwhelming. Sorting through tons of emailed resumes of differing formats to find the one or two candidates that you really want to interview is rediculously time consuming. Hireflo helps simplify and organize that initial process in a easy to use format that is both less time consuming for the hiring manager and make your organization look more professional from the applicants view.
Now, for some reason, when I tried to create an account on hireFlo throught the Intiut app market, the system did not work. I could not get past the sign up account creation set. So, I went directly to the HireFlo website to try creating an account there. It worked beautifully. In a matter of about 30 seconds I had an account. And within about 10 minutes I could see how I could use Hireflo to my advantage.

I love this app. It really has helped me to make my website look more professional and has helped me to streamline my hiring process. This tool is an answer to my prayers and then some. I needed a way to track applicants from specific adds. But not only does it give me the ability to do that, it gives me the ability to post ads on services I already use and on my website as well...all through one interface! Fabulous! Intuit, all you need to do now is give me the ability to email applicants from this app and I'll just fall over with glee! I am impressed. Thank you yet again Intuit!!!!

- During the initial Early-Adopter period, there is no limit to the number of users you can add to your plan.
- It there a limit to the number of jobs I can post?
- During the initial Early-Adopter period, there is no limit to the number of jobs you can post and there are no incremental charges for posting jobs. The one flat monthly rate covers unlimited job postings.
- How long is the Early-Adopter pricing good for.
- The Early-Adopter package will be available for a limited time. Customers who sign up up for the package will have their rate "locked in" for as long as their HireFlo account remains active.
