the online version is great. but the mobile version is worthless and that's when i need it the most when im out of the office a app would be great please.

I wasted an entire morning attempting to get access for my staff. On most attempts it would just freeze and do nothing, others it would say that it sent an invitation but never does. This program is worthless if you can't allow your people to access it.
Also apparently they don't realize that many companies have 1099 vendors. There is no way to schedule them at all.
ISBS, at the very least, please respect our time by ensuring that we can at least get our people into the program.

From the isbs@intuit.com team: we've recently relaunched the Intuit Small Business Scheduler for QuickBooks Online. This is a complete rewrite, designed to work with QuickBooks Online from the ground up. We carried forward all of the previous version's features, and added many of the suggestions below. I love the concept but there are a few things to tweak. Would like a recurring appointments feature, when you choose the item to invoice, would like the description from quickbooks online to automatically populate, would like to be able to customize the view to only show our work hours, and eventually, once all the little quirks get worked out, it would be awesome to allow clients to book online (although this would require a lot more functionality).

I like that this application is very simple. We are a very small business with 3 employees out in the field performing service calls, so right now, I don't need a very complex/very expensive scheduling system. Here are the features I would like to have:
Employees in separate columns
An upgrade to the mobile version

Great program. I would love to find a program just like this that also allowed new empoyees to be entered and synced with QuickBooks as well.
