Great Project Management System
We recently replaced a Joomla! based management system with Mavenlink and have been very pleased with it. We are utilizing it for both customer and internal projects, and are delighted with the email-to-project and Google Apps integration.

Fills the Project Management Gap in QB
Pros:
-Scalable from 2-12 Project Creators
-Allows for "test drive" projects that don't count towards your actual plan total
-Custom Branding with company logo
Cons:
-The connect to QuickBooks button was rather small; this should have been more prominently displayed.
-I had to choose QBO & authorize the app access 2 times
-A road map or setup check list would have been helpful; it seemed easier to create a project first, then do QuickBooks Integration. This would have saved time.

I've been using QuickBooks online since 2004 and currently support a variety of QuickBooks Online Clients. Mavenlink is a brand new Online Project Management Suite that integrates with with QuickBooks Pro, Premier and Online.
Review:
Setup was a breeze. Once I was in the app, once I poked around a bit, it was very straightforward how to customize, edit settings and get a project started. With the test drive, I was able to practice and get familiar with it - these come complete with fake tasks that need to be completed.
I think any sort of consulting company, any company in the construction trade, software developers all can benefit from this app. The seamless integration with QuickBooks really makes this a great tool for any company that needs to track an ongoing project. I can even see different companies working together with Mavenlink; you can invite anyone as a team member and assign users that are Employees or Vendors in an existing QuickBooks file.
The ability to manage the team, schedule, budget and invoice a client from one console is fabulous. A true one stop shop. The integration with Google docs/calendar/contacts/tasks is a nice feature I wasn't expecting; teams could create a separate calendar for each project and assign team members access as needed.
The last thing I want to mention is the most surprising and wonderfully unexpected thing: the email I received after signing up stating how Mavenlink will tirelessly reward me for using the product. They commit to following on Twitter, liking a Facebook page, offer 30-60 minutes of training and publish a piece of my choosing to their blog. This is collaboration!

Ideal for project managers tracking multiple projects
I've been a Mavenlink user for about 9 months now. I liked the app when I first found it and since then it has just got better. Feedback from Mavenlink is great - frequently implementing users suggestions. Now there is integration of Mavenlink with Quickbooks - I am really expecting this to help our small business. Time spent on tasks can be logged and linked to project billing and all now integrated to Quickbooks.

Great app! Using it for all my projects now.
Have been searching for a program to track all my projects with different team members, being able to track time and deadlines. Easy to use, love the fact that I can link up with QuickBooks now.

Project Management & Accounting Made Easy
Quickbooks + Mavenlink + Google Apps + PayPal = Home Run
To run an efficient and prosperous company, it's inevitable that you must manage projects & teams well, along with keeping your books in order. Every project that I work on involves remote teams, which Mavenlink takes care of, and now all of the time tracking & expense tracking are synced to my accounting software, Quickbooks.
Throw in the Google Apps & PayPal integrations and I can't think of a smarter way to work.

Will Be a Game Changer
I had the opportunity post a review on one of my networks and I was delighted to find Mavenlink there as one of the top 25 small business apps out there (http://www.getapp.com/top-apps). Excellent Value & Features
I have searched for over a year for an efficient project management tool that my whole team AND my clients could use. We needed a way to get everyone on the same page instead of chasing emails. While evaluating the software, I was able to quickly get all of my questions answered either through an email or through the "help" tab on the side of my window (in Mavenlink). 1 week after my partner and I decided this was the tool for us, we had all of our projects entered WITH all of their tasks and had begun inviting our design team and clients to it as well. Now with QB integration, I could not be happier! It makes entering time super quick and painless and syncing is a breeze. Now the only thing missing is the CRM but they are working on that too. Best thing I love about Mavenlink is their willingness and enthusiasm to listen to their customers... it is truly refreshing!
Thank you Mavenlink for changing our lives and the way we run our business.

Start up made easy with Mavenlink and Quickbooks
The integration of Mavenlink with Quickbooks has freed up our company to concentrate on production. Being able to complete a task in real time and then link the time to timesheets and billing in Quickbooks makes managing our company very simple. We are very pleased with the new expense tracking function. The two systems linked together make one very powerful solution.
