Very flexible! I am impressed with how easy it is to configure Method CRM to accommodate our company's needs. While they have custom programming available, I don't see that we will ever need it, due to the flexibility within the base program. The lady who ran our 1/2-hour introductory tutorial was very knowledgeable, and even though two of us on the call were very experienced with other CRM systems, and kept asking questions that jumped ahead of where she was, she handled it all in stride, and essentially said "yes" to every "can we do ....?" Easy dependable QB link with GREAT support I have been using QB's for over 15 years. I have tried several "linking" options. Method by far has been the easiest and most reliable "link" I have used. When you add the fact that tech support actually answers their phone and actually helps you with questions the value of Method becomes second to none. Great CRM I have used Goldmine, Netsuite, Outlook, Sugar and Salesforce. Method is by far the most intuitive CRM that I've ever used. It is also the best bang for the buck. I especially like how well Method integrates with Quickbooks. Information syncs both ways, which is awesome! I've been looking for the perfect CRM for a long time. I finally have found it.
