Track LEADS outside of QuickBooks Online
Web-to-lead forms allow your potential customers to request product and service information from your website and instantly create a lead, sales opportunity and a follow-up reminder for you in Method. Leads can be entered into Method via web-to-lead forms, imported from Excel or via the Method API, or entered manually. Once a lead is converted to a customer it syncs to QuickBooks Online automatically, and in real-time.

Awesome Integration with Quickbooks and Top Notch Customer Service
We've used many different software programs over the past 10 years that promised to sync with Quickbooks. We have tried to use different CRM programs but none could do the syncing in a timely and accurate manner.
Method is the best solution for anyone looking for QB synching and a easy to learn CRM solution. Their responsiveness with trouble tickets is outstanding and if you decide to have customization done they actually do some of the customization right at the moment you're on the phone with them in real time. Pretty impressive. The biggest complaint we've always had with software developers is the ability to communicate effectively and get our problems addressed, these guys understand customer service and the learning curve of their new customers. Method is doing a phenomenal job and I highly recommend!

Game changer
This software is perfect for any sized company as you can customize just about every screen and tool to fit exactly what your company does. Errol Webinars make learning Method even EASIER!
As if it wasn't already easy enough to intuitively use, now they have upped the ante with Errol! Errol has an announcer voice with a good sense of humor and the ability to keep it short, simple and to the point. You don't want to fall asleep (yes, we have all done it during those hour long droning sessions) as much as you want to hear what he's going to say next. SMB and Method
QVL is a small business with >5 full time employees. Most of the lead generation and sales mining is done with contract workers. We opted for a CRM to manage the effort and capture the results outside of the various contractors we employ. We research various options for a CRM but found they were either "too hot" or "too cold" meaning they provided little customization or were too complicated for a small company to manage along with all the other balls we have up in the air at any one time.
Method CRM is "just right". It provides for all the custom workflow modification we need and integrates seamlessly into our QBO workflow!
The team at Method are extremely friendly and prompt in their support. In addition they have a robust library of tutorial videos (You'll love Errol and his infectious personality!) and knowledge base.
If you can't solve you problem with that then the Method team is ready to help with contract customization on demand! PERFECT!

To clarify, technical support is restricted to solving technical issues such as error messages, installation problems, inability to sign into Method, and concerns over possible system malfunction. After the trial period, regular pricing will begin. Method CRM: $25/month per user. Method CRM Pro: $40/month per user.

What is the difference between the CRM and CRM Pro versions?

Method CRM Pro is full featured, whereas Method CRM limits how much customization you can do. In addition, CRM Pro also allows you to install other Method applications like Method Scheduling & Invoicing. The trial is on CRM Pro, but you can easily downgrade at any time.

We, however, feel that your business is unique in many ways, and that your company will run more efficiently with customization.
