I found the Method CRM demo to be very thorough and informative. Many of the processes I needed were through the $40 version. I think that Method will be a valuable tool for my business and allow me to consolidate information that is currently scattered everywhere. There are a few confusing issues with quickbooks online but, they seem to be easily overcome. All in all, it seems to be a solid app for a small business.

Awesome Customer support
Called in Friday late afternoon on the East Coast, support answered in a flash! We shared screens, I told them my issue and they fixed it in 5 minutes! Thank you Method Support, I have my Sales Receipts syncing again. Woo Hoo. Love me some Method!!

It does just about everything you could want
We have always wanted to find a solution that could integrate with QB for in-house bookkeeping and produce estimates and serve as a CRM for our reps in the field. Method CRM meets those requirements and allows for plenty of customization if needed to meet our needs.

Great Field Service CRM with Quickbooks Integration
I have been searching for a field service CRM for quite some time, specifically for a mobile application since I do estimating and invoicing on the road. MethodCRM has proven to have majority of the features I am searching for. There's a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, keep in mind it is a database and if you're not familiar with navigating databases this might slow you down a little.
The breakthrough for me was accepting the free 1 hour one-on-one session with a Customer Success Coach. She tailored the session to my business needs and guided me through the features I would most commonly use. I feel much more confident now having gone through that session.
MethodCRM is customizable, something I will certainly pursue once I know what I want.
I recommend this app to any small business owner who does field service work; this will streamline your communication, centralize all your resources and make them accessible anywhere at anytime.

Tremendous Customer Service!
When was the last time you sent a help email to a software company and a real, live, breathing human being called to walk you through the solution? Every time I have sent an email to Method, the support is spot on! These people get it! They may never be the biggest CRM company, but they will get my vote for the best!
The training hour was valuable and helped us feel confident about the commitment to switching from our out-dated CRM to a cutting edge progressive CRM.
We chose to keep Quickbooks desktop due to our inventory management. We did try the Online QB for a month, it just wasn't the best fit.
We are very pleased.

Great integrated CRM!
I've been through several CRM's but this one is doing the trick for me in conjunction with Quickbooks Enterprise. It has eliminated a lot of redundancy and data entry that we used to deal with. Definitely would recommend to anyone using QB and looking for a CRM system.

To clarify, technical support is restricted to solving technical issues such as error messages, installation problems, inability to sign into Method, and concerns over possible system malfunction. I see this is a free 30 day trial. So....what’s the PRICE afterwards?
After the trial period, regular pricing will begin. Method CRM: $25/month per user. Method CRM Pro: $40/month per user.
What is the difference between the CRM and CRM Pro versions?
Method CRM Pro is full featured, whereas Method CRM limits how much customization you can do. In addition, CRM Pro also allows you to install other Method applications like Method Scheduling & Invoicing. The trial is on CRM Pro, but you can easily downgrade at any time.
Customization sets Method CRM apart from other CRM apps – but do I NEED to customize?
Method CRM is a full featured CRM “out of the box”. So you don’t *need* to customize anything. We, however, feel that your business is unique in many ways, and that your company will run more efficiently with customization. When the time comes that you want to customize something in Method CRM, you can do it yourself, or you can ask your Method rep for a quote, or you can contact one of the over 150 certified Method Solution Providers listed on our website.
