Outstanding customer service
We are in the process of reviewing two different CRMs, and have compared the Method CRM trial version with a competitor's product for about 2 weeks. The functionalities are fairly similar for both products, but what really made Method CRM stand out was its exceptional customer service (our customer service agent is Warren Wong). From the moment we signed up for the trial version we felt very well looked after, all our questions were answered very promptly and clearly, and the entire trial experience was very pleasant. Although Method CRM is slightly more expensive than the other product, we will go with Method CRM due to your excellent customer service, which made all the difference, and the easy intergration with QuickBooks. We also want to specifically mention that Warren is a big asset to your organization!

Consulting with Val
I have worked with Val on several ocassions to get over the hurdle that the documentation and community forums just don't quite answer.
He is very patient and I can actually learn from the consulting so I can do things myself next time instead of just him doing it for me.

Too hard to customize
I may not be the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree when it comes to computers but when it took a Method CRM customer consultant 35 minutes to demonstrate how to make 1 (one) change on their invoice form I knew this wouldn't work for me. They will do the customizing for you at a cost about $100 per hour. At that rate it would have cost me $400 just for the invoice. Then there is the estimate and work order form. It's not worth it. And as customizable as it is they couldn't one thing I wanted so he tried to convince me I didn't need it.

Method CRM And Quickbooks
We are just completing our trial of Method and are very pleased with the results. This is a program that has responded well to customer requests. We trialed this product a few years back but it did not have the integration we needed - it now does and more.

Powerful QB Application Building Platform, Much More than CRM.
Method CRM is much more than a CRM application, although it's impressive as a CRM add on to QB, it is also a powerful toolkit for developing custom add on applications for Quickbooks.
We are an iron foundry using Quickbooks Enterprise for all of our accounting functionality and using Method to provide a customized application for tracking parts we make, pricing, orders, schedules, invoices and shipping paperwork. The Method Pro platform provides a completely synchronized and replicated web based interface for the functionality that QB provides with an application development interface for completely customizing the QB functionality or even building completely new databases and screen interfaces.
The application development interface is very user friendly, but extensive modification or development should probably be done by one of the Method value added resellers. What makes this so powerful is that all of the data and fields that are used in Quickbooks are easily available and automatically replicated to QB from Method. You can add customized data to any accounting postable transaction and Method makes sure that QB gets everything it needs for accounting purposes.
With Method we have added logistics instructions to our customer list and created a Bill of Lading such that when we create an Invoice we can automatically generate a Bill of Lading, Packing List, and Labels and also automatically send an E-mail of the Packing List to our customer. There is no easier integration of shipping document creation on the market.

Tons of features for our small - med business!
We've been using Method for about two months and have been impressed with the features. The ability to sync with QBO is what originally drew us to check out Method CRM and that feature is absolutely awesome! We have close to 30 people using the software and haven't had too many problems with our people being confused our frustrated. I've already recommended it to a fellow business owner.

Not sure if this is for us. I wish when a customer portal is created it would simply have a check box or pull down to choose "Let Customer View all Job Transactions" As it is set up now it filters out the sub accounts or jobs for that customer. Thats the point of customer access to see all the information for that customer. Trying to get an estimate for this adjustment. Support says its very easy to do so why not include it?

Saved our bacon with business calls
I'm the secretary for our small business, and Method CRM has helped us organize our office in a huge way. Now I have an electronic way to sort through all of the different activities our office does, from meetings to phone calls to emails to drop-bys. More than once in the past month, I've had customers say, "But you didn't call us with...!" and I looked it up on CRM and could say, "I did at such and such a time about such and such product." At that point, the spouse gets called in to ask if they took the message, and things become resolved. Even when my boss and I didn't know how to use the program, CRM was there to help us out and guide us through the steps, including linking us to webinars that taught me everything we *could* be doing with it.

To clarify, technical support is restricted to solving technical issues such as error messages, installation problems, inability to sign into Method, and concerns over possible system malfunction. I see this is a free 30 day trial. So....what’s the PRICE afterwards?
After the trial period, regular pricing will begin. Method CRM: $25/month per user. Method CRM Pro: $40/month per user.
What is the difference between the CRM and CRM Pro versions?
Method CRM Pro is full featured, whereas Method CRM limits how much customization you can do. In addition, CRM Pro also allows you to install other Method applications like Method Scheduling & Invoicing. The trial is on CRM Pro, but you can easily downgrade at any time.
Customization sets Method CRM apart from other CRM apps – but do I NEED to customize?
Method CRM is a full featured CRM “out of the box”. So you don’t *need* to customize anything. We, however, feel that your business is unique in many ways, and that your company will run more efficiently with customization. When the time comes that you want to customize something in Method CRM, you can do it yourself, or you can ask your Method rep for a quote, or you can contact one of the over 150 certified Method Solution Providers listed on our website.
What else does Method CRM integrate with?
We have a Microsoft Outlook add-in. We have a 5 star rating on Google Solutions Marketplace for our Gmail and Google Calendar gadget. We integrate with Google Maps for routing.
