It does just about everything you could want We have always wanted to find a solution that could integrate with QB for in-house bookkeeping and produce estimates and serve as a CRM for our reps in the field. Great Field Service CRM with Quickbooks Integration I have been searching for a field service CRM for quite some time, specifically for a mobile application since I do estimating and invoicing on the road. MethodCRM has proven to have majority of the features I am searching for. There's a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, keep in mind it is a database and if you're not familiar with navigating databases this might slow you down a little. The breakthrough for me was accepting the free 1 hour one-on-one session with a Customer Success Coach. She tailored the session to my business needs and guided me through the features I would most commonly use. I feel much more confident now having gone through that session. MethodCRM is customizable, something I will certainly pursue once I know what I want. I recommend this app to any small business owner who does field service work; this will streamline your communication, centralize all your resources and make them accessible anywhere at anytime. Tremendous Customer Service! When was the last time you sent a help email to a software company and a real, live, breathing human being called to walk you through the solution? Every time I have sent an email to Method, the support is spot on! These people get it! They may never be the biggest CRM company, but they will get my vote for the best! The training hour was valuable and helped us feel confident about the commitment to switching from our out-dated CRM to a cutting edge progressive CRM. We chose to keep Quickbooks desktop due to our inventory management. We did try the Online QB for a month, it just wasn't the best fit. We are very pleased. September 11, 2014
Great integrated CRM! I've been through several CRM's but this one is doing the trick for me in conjunction with Quickbooks Enterprise. It has eliminated a lot of redundancy and data entry that we used to deal with. Definitely would recommend to anyone using QB and looking for a CRM system. September 10, 2014

Demo Just got my demo from Phuong, she is awesome! Very helpful, I will be moving from SFDC to Method CRM!
