Customer Service Par Excellence!
What a discovery! Method CRM was recommended to me a couple of weeks ago as a way of handling orders, sending out quotes and generally ensuring we look after our customers better. The You Tube links were a great help, but it was't until I had a one-hour demo with Phuong of Method CRM that I could really see how the system would benefit the company I work for. Excellent Customer Service
Many thanks to Phuong for scheduling Method CRM demo to work around my schedule. We could not get daytime schedules to work, so she agreed to do the online demo at night. That's great customer service. Even though it was late, she took the time to make sure I understand the product and how to get support I needed.

Well it's been about a week and so far I like everything I see. The integration between quickbooks and method seems flawless. I just did the training demo with Phuong Phan and she did great job. Her ability to correlate my business to method and the uses was scary. In a good way. remembering services and names was awesome. I am definitely impressed with method and see our company continuing passed the free 30 day trial. Also I would recommend scheduling the demo as early as possible. I spent alot of time watching the youtube videos before our demo (but I just couldn't wait) and with her demo she explained it all quicker and easier. Great job

Awesome Software Package
We have tried the other QB CRM applications and had to ask for our money back. Even after weeks of custom programming they could not even come close to the functionality that Method offers from the GET GO! We just wish we had started with Method first and not wasted 12 weeks and countless hours on the phone explaining over and over again what were were needing.
When we first started looking into CRM and ERP systems, we were getting quotes in the 10-$20K range. What was even more interesting they could not even pull past years data from QB to upload into their system. One company said they could but it was an additional $8000 for them to do this. Method syncs up to all your QB data with no custom programming involved.

I had what I thought was an issue with the data that was in Method and, as is often the case, it was user error on my part. I called the support line and was helped by a man named Naeem. He was great and kept digging until he found the problem. Good products are much easier to find than products with good customer support so I really appreciate it!

Technical support is included with your subscription. To clarify, technical support is restricted to solving technical issues such as error messages, installation problems, inability to sign into Method, and concerns over possible system malfunction. Non-technical incidents, such as training, customization, and general how-to questions must be directed to your Method Consultant as a chargeable service. I see this is a free 30 day trial. So....what’s the PRICE afterwards?
After the trial period, regular pricing will begin. Method CRM: $25/month per user. Method CRM Pro: $40/month per user.
What is the difference between the CRM and CRM Pro versions?
Method CRM Pro is full featured, whereas Method CRM limits how much customization you can do. In addition, CRM Pro also allows you to install other Method applications like Method Scheduling & Invoicing. The trial is on CRM Pro, but you can easily downgrade at any time.
Customization sets Method CRM apart from other CRM apps – but do I NEED to customize?
Method CRM is a full featured CRM “out of the box”. So you don’t *need* to customize anything. We, however, feel that your business is unique in many ways, and that your company will run more efficiently with customization. When the time comes that you want to customize something in Method CRM, you can do it yourself, or you can ask your Method rep for a quote, or you can contact one of the over 150 certified Method Solution Providers listed on our website.
What else does Method CRM integrate with?
We have a Microsoft Outlook add-in. We have a 5 star rating on Google Solutions Marketplace for our Gmail and Google Calendar gadget. We integrate with Google Maps for routing.
