Description
Use Android phone or tablet to create sales orders and invoices. Submit sales data to QuickBooks from the field to eliminate data entry and paper invoices. Email invoices to customers at time of sale.
How It Works
With NOW Pro installed on your Android device, you will initiate the sync process with QuickBooks. Download customer data, product data, and job information into your Android device. After performing sales transactions, sync again to deliver sales data back into QuickBooks. For instructions on setting up NOW Pro on your device, complete the setup of your Intuit App Center account.
Rapid Customer Look-up
No more clipboards. From your Android device, instantly access your entire list of contacts, customers, and prospects in your QuickBooks. Search customers by scrolling, text search or voice command search. Send updated customer information to QuickBooks.
Quickly Recall Products & Prices
Get up-to-the-minute product pricing information anytime. Product information is imported from QuickBooks through Intuit App Center, and stored in the Android device for rapid recall. Instantly add items to an order, check item pricing, or edit item information. Items may be designated as taxable or non-taxable. Search for items by scrolling, using the text search, or through voice commands (available on certain devices).
Paperless Invoicing
Kick the pen and paper habit. No more paper invoices with unreadable handwriting and math errors. NOW allows complete order creation and payment processing with the touch of your finger. Quickly add items from your QuickBooks inventory list, apply payments to accounts, issue credits, review account balance, and check payment terms.
Auto-email Invoices
No more lost or unreadable invoices with e-invoicing from NOW Pro. Invoices can be auto-emailed to your customers after each sale. Include a personal message or promotional offer in your invoice message. Email a copy to yourself or your office as a backup record to your stored data.
Instant Reporting

Confused!
We have been using this app for almost 6 months now it won't sync to QB. We are now missing over a month of invoices! Any ideas? They are stuck in the sync manager queue and they will not download.

Not effective for Billing / invoicing - service and repairs not there yet.
We are a Plumbing company which makes repairs in the field and we have t o provide an invoiice with a discription of the repairs.
This appears to do that but in the field it does not provide that trype of data, could not find areas to place the information. It seems to work for sales though. Good Luck

Great Application and Support
This is a very usefull application that is helping us to be more productive with our customers. Help us to be more acurate on orders and sell what is available at our warehouse. With this we can deliver next day to all our cuatomers because orders are received fast and acurate to our system in a daily basis. Hope they work with the collects payments part soon. Easy to use; But.....
Product is super easy and has lots of features that I use everyday. However, I am using this program on my droid phone and printing to a zebra mobile printer using 4" thermal paper. My main issue with this program is: there are no option to change the margins on my printed invoices or even change the fonts. Right now the totals on the right side of my invoices are being cut off causing lots of thermal paper waste.

Buy bMobile Now-- Don't buy Smart Service by My Service Depot
In case you are shopping for a way to take your biz paperless and connect all your techs to the QB file... Don't bother with Smart Service by My Service Depot. I lost $4k and have NOTHING to show for it. The CEO of Smart Service refused to honor the product, finally conceded to a 50% refund after my 30 days were up-- I said I wanted it all back, but he refused, and on it went. Anyways, This app does practically all you need. Just have your office people enter clients into QB and the techs will get it in the field! Thanks!

This is a great App, seamless integration with square for credit card processing. As we used to say growing up in the south, Slicker than snot on a door knob. the only issue I have, I use custom invoices and estimates, they are not available on this app. Its a bummer when you have a customer with multiple locations but one billing address. just with they would allow you to edit the forms so they are the same as the ones used in quickbooks.

After being talked into QuickBooks Connect by the Intuit support guy, I became frustrated with the instability of the app, plus it didn't do everything I wanted. Free is great, but I guess I got what I paid for... Then I found bMobile. What a difference. With signature capture, mobile printing options and all the other cools stuff, this is a no-brainer.

Do I need constant internet connectivity for NOW Pro to function?

How are customers and contacts entered into NOW Pro?

You may import contacts from your Android device into the NOW Pro customer database, or enter customers and prospects manually into NOW Pro, and send all new customers to QuickBooks during synchronization. You may also import all customers from QuickBooks into NOW Pro during synchronization.
