DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS APP TO SYNC WITH QUICKBOOKS!!!!
I made the huge mistake of signing up for this app thinking it would make tracking our expenses and managing receipts easier. Upon my first sync with Quickbooks, Pro On the Go dumped literally hundreds of old transactions that had already been entered and cleared in quickbooks into one single date. I cannot erase them, I cannot go back and Pro On the Go has offered me ZERO assistance in correcting this. The have just repeatedly ignored all my emails and requests for support with this. My Quickbooks is SO messed up I am probably going to have to start from scratch and manually reenter months worth of work. I am BEYOND frustrated. Never, ever will I use an app to sync with Quickbooks again!

I own a construction company and we are attempting to use ProOnGo. However, I don't have the time to sit in front of my computer and teach myself how to use ProOnGo. I would really like to hire someone who can get my company set up with ProOnGo and linked to my QuickBooks account. ProOnGo does not offer this type of service. Any ideas?

A lot of problems and poor support
I was really happy with this application, then the problem started. First, the time entries are cutoff when sent to quickbooks, and ProOn Go denies it and will not provide support. Second, the time zone changes to Alaska every time I use the mobile app on my phone. This was confirmed by one support person and denied by another. I respectfully asked for a refund but they said my issues didn't count as serious enough to warrant a refund.

GREAT application and syncs directly with QuickBooks
One of the best features about this app is that it syncs directly with QB. No manual importing of the completed expense data back to QB.
The staff (and founder) of ProOnGo have been EXTREMELY helpful in getting our account set up just the way we want it. They have even offered some QB best practices that have helped us just with QB itself.
I look forward to writing a review in the near term that is 5 stars all around. I am confident we will be able to get this running on our account exactly like we want with the help of the staff at ProOnGo!!!!

Completely impossible to use
I downloaded this app to do the following:
-Track the time and expenses of contractors that work for me
-Take photos of receipts and pair them with expenses
-Integrate that data seamlessly with quickbooks
I figured this would be a pretty simple set of constraints. I don't run a Fortune500 company, I run a small business. After signing up for the trial and running through a quick start tutorial, you are greeted by a set of completely blank spreadsheets. There is no example data, there are no introductions, there is no walk through. Absolutely nothing. I went into all the tabs to try to figure out what I was supposed to do in order to do...well...*anything*. If you go this route, you are greeted with menu items like "append reimbursements to existing unprinted checks" and "auto-issue check for auto approvals?" Are these items explained anywhere on the site? No. Pretty much that's the same story for every single menu item you'll find on this app.
I downloaded the android app to see if that would make my life any easier. Its more complicated than the web app, with all the exact same problems.
In my opinion, it is simpler for you to collect receipts from your employees and dig through shoeboxes than spending the time needed to understand how to use this app.

I rolled this out to our team with little to no guidance. It's very intuitive and they all figured it out with no issues. I love the ability to administer on the back end and sync with QuickBooks. Tech support is very responsive to my questions and suggestions for improvement.

Proongo has made life so much easier for our traveling sales people. It has saved them considerable time in completing expense reports with the ability to scan receipts and code them immediately. From the accounting end of things, there were a few issues synicing with Quickbooks up front and determining how the app worked. However, Max at Proongo has been very responsive throughout the process and quickly responds to all emails. I would recommend this app.

Small Business Must-Have!
ProOnGo has streamlined our accounting department and has allowed our management staff to quickly and easily track and manage profitability. Now we can grow without anxiety. No Small Business should be without this tool.
