Lacks critical functionality
The app works ok, but without the ability to create sales orders it is useless for our company.
I had an online chat with a quickbooks rep who promised that quickbooks mobile did create sales orders. Imagine my disappointment.

not ready for use
Needs more work on sales receipts, payments and totally missing credit memos to be used in the field. Much basic information is either missing for entry or for print and not available until sync occurs. Lowest sync setting is 5 minutes and how ridiculous it is to be dependent on syncing to even view this info at printout. Why is it that only invoices information (example: customer "sold to") is available and printable immediately in the field prior to sync. Actually, there are even a few basic features missing from invoices but is manageable with my custom templates.

So far it doesn't change the Estimate customer message to the customer invoice when you copy to invoice from Estimate

POOR quality of accounting software for online
I am completely unsatisfied with this mobil program. I have used Quickbooks since the beginning and prior to that I was using Quicken at the beginning. I would expect more from them than this poor quality of a mobile program. Were are the registers? Why is the bank information not accessible? What about bank reconciliations? How about Journal entries? I am an accountant NOT an entry level input person. This does not work well for accountants that are on the road. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this program. I would expect more from Intuit!

No Windows support
Nice idea unless you are a windows user....No support as promised when I signed up. VERY DISSAPOINTED. HAVE BEEN USING INTUIT PRODUCT SINCE 1996. PLEASE ADD!!!

Good intentions that fell flat
Great idea with good intentions but the features are so limited you cannot hardly use it to get anything done. You can make invoices or estimates and that's about it. You cannot receive payments or do anything else billing related, at least with iOS. Not worth $10 a month for that.

Great app but falls a little short.
We use this app daily for our Contracting Bussiness, lacks some features that the desk to has, otherwise works good aslong is you have a Data or Wifi connection, we have had problems in the country where you cannot save the info you imput and losse it all due to lack of internet, It would be great if you can save off line and the sync up whe you get Data signal. You need to have a signature capure, We would pay more for theese fetures, Please fix and 5 stars. :D

Works, kind of
Over-all the app functions, but it is missing one key part of the desk-top version. In the desk-top version, when a group is put together in the item list, there is a check box for the printing or not printing the items in the group. This is the key feature of item groups and as such should be included in the mobile version. If this function is put into QB Mobile, I'll try it again.
