Messed Up Salesfore
I suppose if you start from scratch, this might work. But it completely messed up the records in Salesforce and duplicated customer records. Quite a horror show frankly.
You can't even map QB fields to SF fields...very ridged structure and if you don't have their vision of the world, this will really hurt you.

It doesn't sync your Sales Orders
If you are thinking on syncing your Sales Orders and having your sales reps have that information being accurate and available this is not the product.
If you have a Sales Order in Quickbooks it will sync to sales force as Prospecting with a 10% chance of closing that deal. But that SO is already a close deal so It will mess up your sales rep pipeline.
On the other hand if you decide that you are going to put your orders in Sales force and that order has a ship date. The ship date field won't sync with quickbooks. So you have to go and modify this manually.

Outstanding Support...And works great!
I am early into this process, about 3 weeks, but all working great. Best of all the support is much better than dealing directly with SFDC. Purchased SF from Intuit along with the sync, this is the way to go. SF is great, but the support not so much.
Another things, if you purchase salesforce from intuit you are on a monthly subscription, where as with SFDC you are locked into a 1 yr contract.

Easy to Use, Tremendously supported
For an out-of-the-box integration, the Salesforce for QuickBooks connector has great features and capabilities that are helping our clients automate their sales flow from their sales team to their accounting software, and new features are regularly added.
The best part of the software, however, is the Intuit support staff. With the purchase of the connector, you get access to training and support that is both knowledgeable and responsive.
We will continue to recommend the connector to our clients as a great CRM fit for QuickBooks users.

So helpful in so many ways
It's so nice to have one program that can handle all my needs, and do so much more. Anytime I've had questions the program help is easy to use. Getting a hold of a real person is even easier. The support is unparalleled.

keeps me organized
I am So glad I have Intuit/Salesforce. It definitely helps with my sales and keeps me organized. I wish there was something like this for my closet.

Great change from prevous program.
Salesforce has helped move forward with better marketing. We have two different types of data bases. With Salesforce we have only to go to one database to find any customer.

A great CRM that syncs with Quickbooks
After having worked with some of the big name CRM's in the past, we deperately needed a CRM that synced with our Quickbooks. We were doing so much duplicate work prior to getting set up with Salesforce for QB's. We had tried another CRM synced with QB's that had good reviews but was not only very difficult to navigated but was not very customizable and the customer service was nothing compared to Salesforce for QB. Our sales rep, Amy, was amazing! She stepped us through every step of the process to get initially set up and showed us a multitude of great features (we also spent a good amount of time as she answered questions and patiently assisted us). We are still in the early stages of using the CRM but already see a huge value and ease of use. This CRM is very customizable which was important to us. I would highly recommend taking a good look at this great CRM tool for QB's.
