Salesforce for QuickBooks
Great product. Great Price point and an invaluable tool.
Salesforce is relatively new to our organization. So far the service and support has been amazing. We somehow went from the front-line techs to someone who became almost dedicated to helping us get started and even provided some detailed customization. The program is very customizable and is a super powerful tool. If your small business is serious about a tool to manage sales, track calls, etc. then look no further. Expect some help and you may have to pay for it but it's a no brainer!

We live by Saleforce
Program is fantastic. Learning curve was about 2 weeks, however well worth the time investment. I highly recommend the product for any company positioning itself for growth.

SFDC and QB -- Group Edition - Huge time saver!
We were a little concerned about the initial installation process and integrating anything with QB. However, we moved forward, albeit slowly, and found all the SDFC user guides, website help and tech support extremely helpful.
In the end we went live and have setup SFDC to meet our needs which is VERY different from the standard usage. We did all the customizations ourselves - reports, formulas, field, page layouts, etc. It's flexible and easy to use. The reports drag and drop is perfect for making your own reports.
I'm very happy and it's a HUGE time saver. We can search everything from a single screen. We can customize how the search displays. Calls are recorded accurately and we can now track anything we want in custom fields via custom reports.
I highly recommend SFDC to any small business using QB.

Do not buy this product
No support, riddled with bugs, and their solution is to hire a consultant, who tells you how the product is supposed to work. The worst product I have worked with in a decade.

Since purchasing this program over 2 weeks ago and numerous hours on the phone I can say this program does not work. The front line support people are doing a great job and have been trying hard to get the issues fixed but they are not being supported by the next level. They are clearly dealing with an onslaught of bugs in the software. From my perspective this is vaperware that is being presold while they fix the bugs.

Amazing Customer Service
We started with Salesforce six months ago and the service has been amazing. Fully customizable to fit every business. On top of that we have been receiving weekly calls to help us in the process of setting it up. Any question that I have is an email or call away to a Representative that is devoted to our account.

What about workflow?
Thank you for the webinar last week. It encouraged me to signup for a trial. I LOVE the idea of Salesforce and QBO working together but they seem like they are from two different worlds compared to other apps on here for small business. Very little was actually shown in the product about how this all syncs together with QuickBooks Online. This is important to me and I imagine other companies. I was also wondering where the blue dot is in Salesforce? I LOVE this in Mavenlink, Bill.com and Method. It is no where to be found, at least not in the same place like other apps. Thanks for listening!
