Scheduling software by the Hour Scheduling, Recurring Work Orders, approvals for both time and product, are the best uses of this product. Integration with QBO is extremely valuable. Every Business is different and Field Service software that does everything for everyone's needs is difficult to find. This developer was really responsive to suggestions (Actual Time Capture and billing, Reporting, client's tax settings, and payments are currently not integrated) and responded to my questions in a timely fashion. I believe with the feedback from the current clients this can become a great software as they are one of the first to integrate with QuickBooks Online. April 30, 2014

We've been paperless since 2003 We found Service Manager Plus when QuickBooks Mobile Companion went down. Now I am glad that it happened. SMP is very responsive with support issues at any time. I have never used any type of software with the immediate response to even the smallest matter as we do with SMP. It is also a dispatching program with the ability to schedule work with a graphical display on the mobile device. We use flat rate pricing and all we have to do is work in QuickBooks, process the work orders on the desktop SMP and everything appears in QuickBooks in near real time. WORKS WELL FOR OUR COMPANY We changed our accounting system and required a work order system to keep track of our multiple daily service calls with multiple technicians. We looked at a number of systems and found that SM+ fit the bill. We found that the new version corrected a few prior challenges and supported our ideal of a less paper field work order system. The app allows the service technician to fill in the appropriate information at the service call,capturing signatures and emailing the completed work order to the customer. Back office completes and posts the work order which syncs directly into Quickbooks Online. Credit cards run in the field, checks, and cash are posted to appropriate accounts. Invoicing is then a matter of a few edits. Support has been helpful in implementation and in resolving a few issues. July 28, 2014

Great Scheduling Software I came across this app this week while in the process of upgrading to QBO. I am a QB ProAdvisor and always on the lookout for cloud software that makes it easier for my clients, and also for myself when I am helping them. The learning curve for this software was awesome. I was able to do what I had to do within 1/2 hour and only watching one video. The development team is awesome, super responsive and open to suggestions. The price point for this app is perfect for any small business, but what really stands out for me is the willingness of the developer to listen to suggestions. Nice order management app! We are a HVAC company in California, since around thirty years. Throughout these years we always wanted to go mobile and become more efficient. Service Manager Plus has solved this problem and it made our daily tasks easier and effective. At first our staff was a bit skeptical on going electronic, but now they just don’t like it even on an occasion when we need to create paper work orders. Since, the day we got Service Manager plus and started using its calendar service not even a single supplier order has gone missed. Moreover, we can easily track down the status of various tasks and deliveries and our technicians have also become more accountable. The price point of service manager plus is also just right for us.
