This app saves us a ton of time. Our customers can readily get scheduled without too much work on our end. Our customers are impressed that we've gone hi tech.

It's a great program. It just needs to offer a two user program for 14.95 per month with 150 appointments. That would be half of the 29.95 with 300 appointments.

No integration with QuickBooks.

Typically I spend 20 minutes to a half hour a day going back and forth with my clients trying to figure out what the best time to meet is. With Setster, those days are gone. Now that I am taking online appointments, I can never go back. All of my customers have given me great feedback and are impressed that I accept appointments online.
We had some questions about installing the widget and syncing my calendar. The technical support team at Setster answered our questions right away. It felt like they really cared about us.
Overall, we are very happy with this service.

This app has great potential but is definitely not ready for consumers yet. I have a short biz name but it is illegible on the calendaring site. The biz photo is skewed but once added it can't be deleted. And I can't figure out how to block off recurring time every week. Does it sync with Outlook? Can I upload my client list from QuickBooks? All good questions. I've sent emails to support and still haven't heard after 5 business days. Maybe someday it'll be worth the price, but not today.

I was just starting to look at online appointments. It may be easier for our clients, but we are being slow to change. I like that I don't need to change the office calendar from Outlook to use this. It keeps appointments set online and in my office current. There are four of us in the office, some clients come in for massage, some for physical therapy, some for adjustments and Setster was able to accommodate our difficult schedules. We had a couple of questions, and they responded immediately. Very professional.

We've been looking for a way to convert our website visitors into appointments. This is a wonderful tool. It only took a few minutes to set up and we were able to copy and paste the widget right into our site. The user interface is simple and intuitive enough to make someone like me who is not an expert feel at home with the software immediately. We're very satisfied with Setster.
