I use SmartVault not only to store all important information that clients send me, as well as integration with Quickbooks. I *love* that I can attach docs to my clients through QB and it's a great feature for bookkeepers. :)

Well designed, easy to use!
I just recently went to QB online but I still wanted to attach documents to customers. Smartvault is enabling me to do that. On my desktop and on my I-phone. I think I had it loaded and working in 30 min or less. It enables me to be more paperless and view documents when I am on the go.

I have been looking for the right fit for Document management.
Need a desktop drive, with cloud/mobile access and great client portal, security, all for the right price. SmartVault so far is making it happen and now I can link those same documents to Intuit QBO.
I could ask for more......and I think SmartVault listens to their user base. Thank you!

We love it!
After encountering problems with the Quickbooks attachment functionality after an upgrade, we were looking for a more reliable option. After testing a number of options, SmartVault was the clear winner for us. SmartVault was easy to implement and is easy to use and the ability to backup Quickbooks to it as well is a great bonus. We've cut the size of our paper files considerably and now feel more confident that our electronic files will be easy to reference when needed.

The little amount of time I have spent learning the features of this product have been well worth it! I have a TWAIN compliant scanner (Cannon) and am delighted with the integration. I have also downloaded the app for my iPhone and really like the easy access to my paperless file system. It has made me more organized because I am more likely to scan papers as they come in and then shread them...my office is neater and I feel more productive! I am thrilled with the improvements SmartVault has made for my office...not to mention the impact it has had on my clients. A great product overall - great customer service and I know they are constantly thinking ahead - offering training on better ways to use their product. I am a fan.

I've just started my own CPA firm and needed a secure way to share documents/information with clients. SmartVault meets my needs at a very reasonable cost. A customer service rep walked me all the way through set up and demonstrated the various uses. The learning center is awesome. It's very user friendly and customizable. I'd recommend SmartVault to any of my colleagues.

Just Simply a Favorite
SmartVault has allowed me to collaborate with my clients more effectively, efficiently, and securely. Not only does it integrate with QuickBooks for adequate document storage, but it also is a way for me to exchange sensitive financial documents easily with my clients. They love it, but I think I love it just a little bit more!!!

What types of entries in QuickBooks / QuickBooks Online can I attach documents to?
Documents can be attached to over 30 different types of entries in QuickBooks and over 20 in QuickBooks Online. Some of the most common entry types you can attach documents to are: vendors, bills, purchase orders, item receipts, customers, invoices and check registers. Can I access my documents outside of QuickBooks?
Yes. Documents attached to QuickBooks / QuickBooks Online entries are stored in SmartVault. These documents can be accessed from a Web browser or internet-enabled mobile device.
Can I store all my documents in SmartVault, or is it just for attached documents in QuickBooks / QuickBooks Online?
Yes, you can store ALL of your documents in SmartVault, not just those you attach to entries in QuickBooks. With SmartVault, you get a secure online document storage and file sharing system built specifically for business users with features like version history, a recycle bin, audit / compliance reports and the ability to set email alerts when files are uploaded or accessed.
How secure is SmartVault?
