Makes QBO a strong platform with minimal out of pocket.
@Outline Industries, we manufacturer products for worldwide distribution. We have over 500 SKU's that we build, without spending 20k on a Manufacturing Platform we were sunk! Then we found SOS! The app is simple and user friendly enough for everyone in our facility, yet gives us the control we need for the Front end.
We especially enjoy the automatic PAYPAL integration feature, PAYPAL has always been a double entry item for us, and now it is done seamlessly!

A nice simple solution at an affordable price
First, I will premise we do not use the inventory part of this program. We are creating PO's and receipts to maintain a control over spending. The receipted PO's pass directly into Quickbooks and we electronically attach the support documentation. That being said, I had all this set up in one week and rolled out to our users. I think there are two nice parts to SOS: the cost (it is not prohibitively expensive for a small business) and the ease of setup. Now, it is not a fancy, pretty system but, you get the exact functionality you need. Good job to SOS.

At Liberty Skis (www.libertyskis.com) we have been using SOS and its predecessor for 2 years, and find that it it the most cost-effective, complete solution for deficiencies in QuickBooks Online when it comes to inventory issues. We use multiple locations and 200 different SKUs, and are able to keep track of what products are where (or where they went). In addition, Neal is extremely responsive when it comes to adding features and providing one-on-one training. SOS is the best QuickBooks Online app that our company uses.

Working with start-up company that has a fair amount of serialized inventory. Got started with SOS and it seemed to be a good fit. What I found was very strong customer support. When we had questions or problems, they always responded within hours and really helped us launch an accounting and control system that is a perfect fit.

I've been using SOS inventory since before it was called SOS - this used to be OECompanion.com.
If you have a client that requires mobile access via QuickBooks Online, as well as advanced inventory features, this is the perfect program. It will help any small business save time with ease of access and money by eliminating a server with remote access.
It includes assemblies, sales orders, multi-location and serial number tracking among other things.
As an Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor, I've had clients that were looking at Enterprise Solutions decide to go with QBO SOS. Among them are a wine distributor, a high tech equipment company and steel coil processing company.
My one request for improvement would be to included added costs (ie: Processing, delivery, storage, etc) to specific inventory parts.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the SOS Inventory program! Help is only a click or phone call away and response is almost immediate. The staff has been most helpful and patient with my needs. I would definately recommend this program to everyone. It is very user friendly.

Adding SOS to our QB Online account has improved our inventory management immensely. As a company that processes fish, we needed a method to input the fresh caught fish and run it through an inventory method to reflect the finished product of processed fillets and portions. SOS Inventory does exactly what we need. The interface with QB Online is seamless and fast and the support staff at SOS is truly awesome as they helped us through the learning curve. I would recommend this to any company who is looking for a supberb way to process inventory with QB Online.
