Yes. Our current plan is to offer online access to paycheck information at no cost to current subscribers of QuickBooks Payroll.

Who can use ViewMyPaycheck?

Anyone with an email address and a current subscription to QuickBooks Payroll (Basic, Enhanced, Assisted). The Payroll Customer has to upload their employee's Payroll data - Paychecks. The Employees can then login to www.ViewMyPaycheck.com and view their paychecks. Payroll Administrators (could be the SBO) have Administrator privileges, this allows them to view everyone's payroll information and also allows them to invite employees to the ViewMyPaycheck application.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Each company has its own repository. Each employee can only view their payroll information--not anyone else's.
