This "app" is flash based, and it's slow. The PDF download of pay stubs (the only reason to really use this) is horrible. The pdf is NOT print quality, you cannot copy text/numbers from it (since it uses an image, not text). And on top of that, the downloaded PDF is often INCORRECT!!! You have to make sure you wait until the on-screen version is fully drawn before downloading, otherwise the download may miss some parts! Seriously, when I download my pay stub it better be correct!

My employer sent me an invitation to view my paystub. I clicked on the invitation and instead of seeing my paycheck, Intuit created an account for me that is not linked to my employer. Numerous phonecalls to support dept. have not helped.
Here is Intuit's incompetent support dept. final suggestion: create a new email account with some "free" service like yahoo and try again. In the internet age a suggestion to work around bugs by creating a new email accounts is totally absurd. Imagine your employer telling you to open up a new PO BOX so they can send you a paystub. Now you have to manage multiple email accounts because of Intuit bugs. You change jobs, create another email account.

HORRIBLE App - if you need Tech Support
The app has been more than wonderful...up until I needed Tech Support. Why? Because the people assigned to assist with this area follow a manual that does not have all of the answers to solve our issues. What does this mean? Well, lets say our company is on day 2 with more than 7 hours logged on the phone with a customer service agent that has changed 8 times. Most of the agents were polite, some were not, which made this frustrating and exhausting experience even worse. We wrapped up our day two convo with a supervisor that stated she would submit our issue and to expect a call in 48 to 72 hours. So, great app until you run into problems. Be prepared to spend quite a bit of time dedicated to answering the same questions and performing the same actions to numerous customer service agents.

I love this program it is really great. It's nice to be able to check my paycheck whenever I want to, and be able to print off paystubs as needed. Im very glad that my employer uses this.

This application is flexiable and easy to use. You do not need to have computer sceience background. If you have minor questions about the application, they always help with you right away. I am pretty satisfied with the application and no employees complain so far. The most important is that you do not have to spend al lot of expenses to use it. As long as you have quickbooks's payroll subscription, you can use it anytime.
