My Employees loves this app
My Employees loves this app. It gives them the ability to view paychecks from anywhere and saves me time and money becuase I don't have to print out paychecks anymore

Easy to use
We've used the service for over a year now. Easy to use for employer and employee. Customer service has been excellent. Hung was my CS agent and he responded quickly. FAQs are helpful as well.

Great for Employees - Terrible for Employers
I have used Viewmypaycheck as an administrator for a startup company for about 3 months. If you ever need to change anything as an administrator, you either cannot do it or it takes 5 business days to complete. For example, when our former administrator quit, we needed to change the payroll message to employees to reflect that the e-mail came from me rather than our former employee. Should be a simple task, right? Not with Viewmypaycheck, with Viewmypaycheck, I was informed that it would take 5 business days and a team of engineers to change the message that goes out to employees when a paycheck is issued. Also, when another employee could not access their account, I could not help them reset their password. They had to personally get on the phone with Intuit and handle the issue. In my role at the Company, I try to help people not waste time on things that do not contribute to making the Company successful, but Intuit makes it impossible, with any simple change requiring your employees to call a customer service center and wait for a long period of time to talk with a customer service rep. Apparently they spent a bunch of time building very nice graphs of where your paychecks go and forgot to make the site usable for someone trying to run a business.

Great Support!
We had almost 200 employees learning how to use the site and ONE person had issues. Hung was extremely patient with the employee and me!

SO Easy!! Crazy not to use with Quickbooks!
I LOVE this app! I spent a lot of time printing off paystubs for employees for this or that! It was so nice to just give them a login and have them able to access it! The only fault I have with it - your employee has to have an email in order to be able to use it! We usually sign them up under a generic email for the company - but they are usually the ones that never set up a password and login...but for the majority it is soooo worth it! I love that it is free! So nice to be able to access this information anywhere even if I leave my payroll laptop at home!

better than viewmypaycheck ease is their customer service
I was managing 2 different businesses and had trouble setting it up myself (user error). I was able to get an amazing tech - very responsive customer service - who solved everything for me and then some. My employees - both businesses - love the access to their information online. For 1 of my businesses, this has allowed us to be completely paperless for payroll. I love how easy it is to send all this information from Quickbooks and you can't beat the price of free!
