Each order you export from Shopify into QuickBooks will automatically include all line items and taxes (including shipping), so you don’t need to worry about adding them in.
We’ll automatically set up new tax agencies and their associated tax rate based on your imported orders. You can also set a primary tax agency for where you most regularly do business, and you can easily run a report to see how much you owe in taxes.
QuickBooks for Shopify lets you choose an existing account or create a new one to import your order information into. That includes being able to classify your gift card sales in a liability account. You can also put all of your Shopify sales into a single account if you choose.
Quickly and easily import all your orders and refunds from Shopify into QuickBooks, this includes customers and products associated with the order. Additionally you can export historical data from as far back as you like from Shopify into QuickBooks. With one click, you can enable orders to be automatically exported.
Once you download the app, you can enable this setting so all your Shopify Payments fees and payouts are automatically exported to QuickBooks Online.
After you export your Shopify Orders into QuickBooks Online, you’ll be given a full summary of all Shopify orders and their total value. You can view a breakdown of your products and how much you’ve made on them.
