Eworks Manager consists of 2 main elements, the system and the app. When used together you can have total control over your jobs and staff, making your company run in the most streamlined and cost.
Eworks Manager has Vehicle Tracking solution attached to allow you to manage and monitor your fleet. You can allocate jobs out to your closest operatives and run detailed mileage reports at the end of the day.
Eworks Manager has an inventory plugin which allows business to keep a track of stock and its current location. When creating jobs, you can allocate stock to operatives or raise Purchase Orders if out of stock.
How it works with QuickBooks
With the QuickBooks integration, you can sync to Eworks Manager your Customers, Suppliers and Products without the need to manually add them. Once a an invoice or purchase order is created in the system, they can then be synced over to QuickBooks. QuickBooks can then sync back any payments updates on invoices previously sent over to keep both systems accurate.

Do Eworks Manager charge per user on the system?
E Works Manager charge on a user band basis. We have packages for small and large companies whether you’re a 1-5 user band or 100+, we have price packages to suit every company. How do I get in touch if I have an issue or query I would like to raise?
Eworks Manager have a super friendly customer service team on deck Monday-Friday 8pm – 5pm and have an out of hours support email for your late-night thoughts! Feel free to call us at any time on 0151 653 1926 or email at email@example.com. We also have a support ticket feature on the admin system that you can find on your dashboard. All you need to do is choose your category, type up your query, pop it over and a member of our team will be in touch within the hour.
How does the training work?
We have ‘Help Videos’ which you can find on your Eworks dashboard just beside your appointment notifications for any quick training needed. We like to explain to all of our customers how best to use Eworks for their business and show how our software works best for you and your industry, so we offer an unlimited number of demos needed throughout your subscription free of charge. Also, you are welcome to pay us a visit in our office at any time for any face to face training.
Do I have to pay for any software updates throughout my subscription?
We are constantly developing our systems and any updates to our main systems will be rolled out across all customers who use our standard install with no charge. However, custom changes can be requested at any time and will be charged accordingly if they are ever needed. We are flexible to your requirements, so just ask!
