How do I connect DataQlick Inventory Sync, Backup and Restore?
It’s easy! You can connect directly through the Apps section of your QuickBooks Online account (you will still need to create a login for the app), OR you can start a free 14-day trial at www.myinventorysync.com and connect your QuickBooks Online account, as well as all sales channels, easily through the Settings tab.
What’s the difference between linking and syncing?
Once all your sales channels are connected, you need to link (map) together the products that are the same in order to sync their quantities. Only linked products can be synced.
I connect my sales channels and my accounting, why don’t I see any products?
After connecting your accounts, you need to click on the Start sync button in the upper right corner and give some time for the system to bring data from connected platform.
What’s the difference between “Sync” in Sync Wizard and “Sync Rules”?
You have the flexibility to do sync on-demand quantity changes using Sync feature in Sync Wizard or establish sync rules which will continuously sync the quantities between the selected platforms.
