What is the fee for setup and migration?
You can easily set up your account on your own with the help of user manuals and get started with Paybooks without any setup cost. However, if the employee count is more than 20 and if you want our team to complete the setup and provide a training to you, we charge a one-time fee of Rs. 10,000 for complete setup, migration and training process. There are no fees if the employee count is less than 21.
For how long are the above prices valid?
The above mentioned prices are valid for a period of one year from the date of sign up. After completion of each year, there would be an increment of 10% on price and you will be billed at the revised price.
Is auto sync of attendance devices with Paybooks covered in above price?

Do I need to sign a contract? If yes, what is the duration?
There is no contract. If you are not happy with the value you are getting from Paybooks, you can cancel the account anytime.
