How it works with QuickBooks

After you install it, open an email thread and select the QuickBooks logo on the right. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account. Then you’re set to easily create, send, and track invoices right from Gmail. All your current customers, products, and services show up in Gmail and any new ones save in QuickBooks. We’ll save any invoice details in QuickBooks for you, so everything stays up-to-date without the extra work.

Can I use the add-on if I use QuickBooks Self-Employed or Desktop?
QuickBooks Invoicing only works for existing QuickBooks Online Plus, Essentials, or Simple Start accounts. You can sign up for a new account but this data will not be synced to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
Where can I get help if I don't have a QuickBooks Online subscription?

I installed the add-on but I can't find it. How do I check if it's installed?
Try refreshing your browser and opening an email thread. Add-ons load on the right side of any email.
What are the fees for QuickBooks Invoicing?
QuickBooks Invoicing does not have additional fees. However, transaction fees for online payments will apply if your customers pay invoices online.
